W.Th. (Pim) Bosman

Pim has been involved in advising companies in special situations for about 50 years. The first years from a banking position, the last 27 years within Kruger. During this period, Kruger has grown from 5 to over 30 people. Knowledge transfer is therefore an essential part of his work.



Renato Nazzini

Renato Nazzini

Renato is Professor of Law at King’s College London, where he is the Competition Law LLM Pathway Leader and the Director of the Centre of Construction Law and Dispute Resolution, with a strong focus on arbitration, litigation, enforcement and dispute resolution. He published more than 100 articles and book chapters as well as a number of books including Competition Enforcement and Procedure (Oxford, OUP 2016) and The Foundations of European Union Competition Law: The Objective and Principles of Article 102 (Oxford, OUP 2011). He has been Visiting Professor at the University of Turin, Zurich and FGV Law School, San Paulo, Brazil, Senior Research Fellow at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law, and Professor of Competition Law and Arbitration at the University of Southampton. From 2003 to 2010, Renato worked at the UK Competition Authority where he led on major areas of enforcement and policy, including damages actions in competition law and the review of the policy on abuse of dominance under Article 102 TFEU.



Bert Jan Tiesinga

Bert Jan Tiesinga

Bert Jan is a Dutch business economist with 25 years of experience as an auditor, controller, Chief Financial Officer and Board Member in the metal industry and the financial services business. Since 2011 he has focused on individual and collective legal services for consumers and entrepreneurs regarding financial products. Bert Jan is a founder and member of the legal team of the Dutch claim foundation Wakkerpolis, which conducts collective actions on behalf of 1 million consumers against insurance companies, specifically NN Group and ASR. Since 2021 he also is a member of the international Board of Directors of the Diesel Emissions Justice Foundation which conducts collective actions against car manufacturers and other related parties, seeking justice for drivers impacted by the Dieselgate scandal. Bert Jan graduated from the Free University of Amsterdam, where he completed the post-master’s program Executive Master of Finance & Control (Registered Controller) after his master’s degree in business economics.
